Colonials defeat Randolph

Allison Remler had eight assists and Jenna Brophy had five digs to spur Morristown past Randolph 2-0 on Wednesday, Sept. 18.

The Colonials (3-2) prevailed by scores of 25-18 and 25-21.

Judy Errichetti had four kills and five digs for the Colonials, now 3-2.

Kinnelon 2, Hackettstown 0

Anthe Stylianou had a career-high 12 service points, six of them aces, to highlight Kinnelon's 25-5, 25-13 victory over Hackettstown in NJAC-Freedom Division action on Thursday, Sept. 12.

Outside hitters Claire Mullany and Izzy Tighe combined for 11 kills for the Colts, who went 10-0 in conference play in 2012 to claim the championship.

Sophomore Anna Tiajoloff finished with four kills and two blocks. The Colts are 2-0.

Chatham 2, Morristown 1

Sarah DeStefano had 13 digs for the Colonials, who fell to Chatham, 18-25, 26-24, 15-25 on Thursday, Sept. 12.

Abby Schubiger had four kills and four blocks for Morristown (0-2).

Allison Remler had eight assists. Fara Cohen had six digs.
